Ava's role involves empowering candidates through resume writing and interview preparation while fostering professional relationships with hiring managers nationwide. Prior to Tekchix, Ava held research and internship positions at notable organizations such as the Sociology Department at the College of William & Mary and the Democratic Party of Virginia. Ava graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Government and Sociology from William & Mary and is currently pursuing further education at Loyola University New Orleans.
