Dinesh Kumar is an experienced IT recruitment professional with a comprehensive background in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as an IT Recruitment Lead at Tekdoors since July 2018, Dinesh handles full-cycle recruitment responsibilities including sourcing, pre-screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating billing rates, and conducting new hire orientations.
