Tim Budde

Tim Budde has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tim is currently employed at Teksetra as a Project Manager since June 2021. Prior to that, Tim worked at Best Buy where they held various roles. From 2016 to 2019, they served as an Operations Manager for the Geek Squad Exchange Support, overseeing daily operations, analyzing and communicating business trends, and managing expenses. During this time, Tim saved over $18M in NOP for exchanges covered by Geek Squad Protection and generated over $18M in revenue through attaching new Geek Squad Protection Plans. Before that, from 2011 to 2016, Tim was the Manager of Operations Support/Call Centers at Best Buy Partsearch Technologies, leading the sales strategy and cross-functional partnerships. Tim successfully relocated a contact center offshore, saving $1.5M annually in support costs. Tim's earlier experience includes being a Supervisor for Services Claims at Best Buy from 2002 to 2011 and a Technical Support Team Manager at Gateway from 1996 to 2001. Tim began their career as an Account Executive at KYNT and KK93 Radio from 1994 to 1996.

Tim Budde earned their BA in Mass Communications from the University of South Dakota, where they studied from 1990 to 1993.
