Tomás Jesus

Tomás Jesus is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Process Engineer at TEKEVER since September 2023, focusing on the implementation of a new MES system and improving work processes based on Lean principles. Previously, Tomás held various roles at Schaeffler, including Operations Manager and Team Leader, where responsibilities included empowering Lean culture and waste reduction in production processes. Prior internships include a role as a MOVE Trainer at Schaeffler and a position at Plastimar - Indústria de Plásticos. Tomás holds a Master’s in Engineering and Industrial Management from both Brno University of Technology and Universidade de Coimbra, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Universidade de Coimbra. Education also includes secondary studies in Sciences and Technologies from Escola Secundária de Peniche.
