Glenn Herd

Glenn Herd is an accomplished Fixed Operations Application Support Specialist at Tekion Corp, where work resumed in May 2022 following a year-and-a-half recovery from a double lung transplant. Previously, Glenn served as a Senior Process Consultant and Process Consultant at Dealer-FX Group, Inc, focusing on enhancing service operations at Chrysler Dealerships. With extensive experience at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, Glenn held various roles including Sales and Marketing Trainer, Supervisor of TAC Parts and Service, and Marketing Professional, contributing to the education and development of associates while improving operational efficiency. Earlier career roles include Sales Manager for Music America and Account Representative for Reynolds and Reynolds, complemented by military service as a Staff Sergeant Fire Protection Specialist in the United States Air Force Reserve. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Wright State University.
