Michael Runda has extensive experience in senior leadership roles and global customer support operations. Michael currently serves as VP Global Support at Tekion Corp. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Technologist at Palo Alto Strategy Group. Michael also held various positions at ServiceNow, including Vice President of Global Support Operations and Global Executive Customer Service Digital Transformation Consultant. Before joining ServiceNow, Michael was the Senior Vice President of Remote Customer Services at Xerox and the Senior Vice President and President of Avaya Client Services. Michael has also served as the VP of Global Support and Services at Intuit Corporation, the Vice President of Technical Support at Symantec, and the VP of Customer Support at Oracle. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Vice President of Customer Support at Delphi Information Systems. Overall, Michael brings a wealth of experience in driving digital transformation, improving customer satisfaction, and managing global support teams.
Michael Runda has a B.A. in Earth Science from Colgate University and an MBA in Management from Adelphi University. Michael is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Adelphi University, with an expected graduation in 2022.
