Shivendra Kumar

Shivendra Kumar is an experienced data science professional currently serving as Engineering Manager and Lead Applied Data Scientist at Tekion Corp since July 2021. In this role, Shivendra has developed multimodal models for document understanding, customer deduplication models for CRM, and a large language model-based data query platform. Previously, Shivendra held senior data scientist positions at MoneyTap and Intellicar Telematics Pvt. Ltd., where contributions included predictive credit risk identification, fraud detection using computer vision, and vehicle prognostics using neural networks. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant Engineering Manager at Bosch India, focusing on diesel fuel injection system calibration. Shivendra holds a Master’s degree in Computational Mechanics and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
