Todd Farley

Todd Farley has extensive experience in implementation and customer support, currently serving as Implementation Manager Lead at Tekion Corp since March 2022. In this role, Todd oversees dealer onboarding processes, collaborates on best practices, and ensures timely completion of projects while managing customer escalations and technical support issues. Previously, Todd worked at Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. for over 17 years, where responsibilities included resolving customer complaints and handling key accounts. Todd holds a degree from The University of Toledo, obtained between 2018 and 2021.
