David Apps

David Apps is a seasoned product engineer with extensive experience in overseeing electrical, mechanical, and production engineering across the entire product lifecycle at Tekky Design since November 2022. Previously, David led R&D efforts in technology integration for seasonal animatronics and collaborated on quality control processes. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Apps Communications, where responsibilities encompassed daily operations, network engineering, and strategic planning, as well as contributions as a Technology Advisory Committee Member with Orland School District 135. David's early career includes managing technology integration at the Village of Orland Park's Recreation Department. David holds a degree from the University of Illinois Chicago, obtained between 2014 and 2017.
