Fadhli Aiman has a diverse background in engineering, starting with an industrial traineeship at Telekom Malaysia in 2015. Fadhli served as a Drive Test Engineer at UCE International Group in 2016 and subsequently worked as a Radio Frequency Designer at Remotek Engineering Sdn Bhd and Optix Global Sdn Bhd until 2019, focusing on in-building coverage implementations for major telecommunication providers in Malaysia. In 2019, Fadhli transitioned to RFI Technologies Sdn Bhd as a Service Application Engineer, working with Cobham repeaters and Viavi Radio Test Sets. Currently, Fadhli holds the position of Sales Engineer at Tekmark Group since 2020, specializing in test and measurement equipment for 5G, RF, IoT, and network technologies, alongside system integration and consultancy services.
