TEKMentors is a technology consulting and training organization operating within the areas of Engineering excellence, DevOps and Automation, Agile and Quality Engineering.

We have a unique blend of practitioners – who have spent significant time working within IT organizations and who understand the needs of the developers and organizations. And they have built detailed understanding of the technologies to impart knowledge to the teams. We specialize in helping others adopt the tools, technologies, processes for some underlying business purpose.

We are mentors, not trainers. We transform people, not train them. We help others solve complex problems using our knowledge, facilitation skills, training, mentoring, and professional coaching skills.

We help teams,
•	Get trained on the fundamental skills and frameworks
•	Get experience by using the practice exercises
•	Get mentored by someone who has done it before
•	Get more skilled by working on building features within projects

As a mentor we take on a far more informal role than a coach or a trainer, but we have the power to be more effective than either of the two combined.

We get to know a person on a deeper level, and stick with the commitment until we're no longer needed. We don't necessarily rush through the topic if the mentee isn't ready for it.

Mixing doing and being is what we do.

Doing - the tools and knowledge we bring

Being – how we help build the learning mindset within the teams, how we facilitate the sharing of knowledge with the team, how we interact with people, how we exhibit a learning mindset

Finally, we enable people to succeed in the digitally disruptive world.
