Currently serving as a Senior Team Lead at Applied Software, Junior Grão provides technical leadership and manages project delivery through established standards and documentation. Previous roles include Director of Software Engineering at N2N Virtual US, where responsibilities involved team management and fostering communication across projects, and Full Stack Software Engineer Lead at Hays, focusing on web application development. Junior founded N2N Virtual, recognized as the first Brazilian SaaS platform for niche marketplaces, and led various projects across multiple organizations, including Petrobras and VTEX. Junior holds a Master's in Digital Design and a Bachelor's in Computer Information Systems.
