Rasmus Caspersen

Rasmus Caspersen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rasmus started their career as a Business Trainee at LEGO System A/S, gaining knowledge in various business areas. Rasmus then worked as a Project Engineer and later as a Project Manager, where they focused on establishing standard operation procedures and improving delivery service in European distribution centers. Caspersen also worked at the LEGO Company as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, implementing Six Sigma as an improvement tool in multiple factories. Rasmus later joined West Pharmaceutical Services Denmark A/S as a Lean Six Sigma Engineer and eventually became a Production Manager. In 2016, Caspersen joined Ammeraal Beltech as a Director of Operations, where they achieved significant growth and implemented an MES system. Currently, they are working at Teknos as a Supply Chain Director.

Rasmus Caspersen completed their MsC degree in production management from Aalborg University spanning from 1993 to 1998.
