Muzaffer Ceylan

Muzaffer Ceylan has extensive experience in aftersales management, currently serving as Aftersales Manager at Teknosa since December 2003, where responsibilities include return product and return policy management. Additionally, Muzaffer held the role of Customer Services Returned Assistant Manager and managed the Teknosaasist project, enhancing customer relations service in collaboration with international consultants and marketing departments. Prior experience includes an internship at Duru Turizm from June 2002 to March 2003.
