Francis Okonta

Francis Okonta is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in service delivery and IT service management. Francis served as a Customer Solutions Provider at Airtel Nigeria from 2010 to 2012, later managing enterprise teams at Techmahindra Nigeria from 2015 to 2017, where they addressed service downtimes for Airtel Enterprise customers. Following a role as Customer Service Supervisor at God Is Good Motors from 2017 to 2019, Francis currently leads the M365 Commercial Team at TeKnowledge, providing technical solutions to blue-chip clients. Francis holds a Master of Environmental Management from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Jos.
