Jennifer Berger

Jennifer Berger is a Strategic Internal Communications Leader with a strong background in employee voice and behavior change. They began their career as a Communications Assistant at Manchester Mental Health and Social Care Trust before progressing through various roles, including Communications Specialist at The Co-operative Banking Group and Employee Communications Business Partner at United Utilities. Jennifer currently holds the position of Head of Internal Communications at TeKnowledge, following their role as Internal Communications Lead - Global at Evolution. They earned a PGDip with Distinction in Public Relations from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a BA (Hons) in Philosophy from The University of Manchester.
