Jorge Hipsley Leiva

Jorge Hipsley Leiva is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in labor relations, employee relations, and HR business partnership. With a career spanning from July 2009 to the present, Jorge has held key positions at TELUS International Central America, Banco Azteca, Scotiabank, and UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, where responsibilities included managing recruitment, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws. Currently serving as an HRBP at TeKnowledge since July 2025, Jorge's expertise focuses on fostering a people-centric culture and developing a talented workforce.
