Mukesha Sandra

Mukesha Sandra is an Operations Manager at Teknowledge Rwanda, where they ensure targets and SLAs are met while driving business strategy and enhancing operational excellence. Previously, they held roles including Team Manager and Ebusiness Manager, focusing on customer experience and team performance. Mukesha served as an EAC Youth Ambassador to the Republic of Rwanda and has a background in office administration and total quality management. They are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management at the University of Rwanda, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Law from Kigali Independent University.
