Nicole Cordova

Nicole Cordova is a highly accomplished professional with a robust background in information technology and business management. From November 2019 to March 2022, Nicole served as a Retail Salesperson at GameStop, followed by a role as Incident Manager at TeKnowledge from January 2023 to April 2025, where responsibilities included acting as a liaison between enterprise clients, Customer Success Account Managers, and Microsoft Engineering teams while managing case escalations and resource allocation. In addition, Nicole held positions as a Subject Matter Expert and Graduate Assistant at Colorado State University-Pueblo and as an Information Technology Project Manager at Pueblo Zoo, focusing on infrastructure models and vulnerability analysis. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences with a concentration in Cyber Security, graduating summa cum laude, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Colorado State University-Pueblo.
