Nagarjun R. is a Co-Founder of TEKperfekt Inc - IT Consulting & Recruiting, a company they founded in 2014. In this role, they are responsible for founding the company, earning the first few pennies, making the business run profitably month after month, scaling up the numbers - be it revenue or the team size, building a professional organization, inculcating culture and values, and providing clients and candidates with impeccable service and valuable information to help aid them in their searches. Nagarjun also Co-Founded Mythri Consulting LLC in 2014.

Nagarjun R. completed their high school education at BVSR School, Ongole, where they studied Mathematics. Nagarjun then attended Sri Chaitanya College, Vijayawada, where they studied MPC. Nagarjun then completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering at G. Pullla Reddy Engineering College, (Autonomous), Kurnool. Finally, they obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Alliant International University-San Diego Campus.
