Dylan Bednar has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Junior Software Developer at TekSavvy Solutions Inc. which began in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Web Developer from December 2021. Before transitioning to the tech industry, Dylan worked at Oxford Learning Centres Inc. as an Elementary School Tutor, providing specialized Literacy and Math support to children between the ages of 3-14. Dylan also served as an Elementary Educator, delivering a full spectrum kindergarten program and adapting to online learning during the 2020-2021 school year. Dylan's previous experience includes a role as a Camp Supervisor at XUK Camps and an Instructor at SuperNOVA at Dalhousie University, where they created curriculum and delivered STEM workshops and summer camps to students aged 5-16.

Dylan Bednar's education history begins in 2008 when they enrolled at Mount Saint Vincent University. From 2008 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Biology and English. After completing their BA, Dylan continued their education at Mount Saint Vincent University and obtained a Bachelor of Education degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from 2013 to 2015. In 2020, Dylan enrolled at Treehouse for a course in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design. Following this, they attended Humber College in 2021 and 2022, where they pursued an Ontario Graduate Certificate in Web Development.
