Director Of Marketing And Customer Service at Tekscan

Jen Cullen has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Jen started their career in 2002 as a Healthcare Coordinator at Beth Israel Medical Center. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Tekscan, Inc., where they performed marketing and inside sales activities for the Industrial Division.

In 2006, they joined Tekscan, Inc. again, this time as a Sales Professional, responsible for consistently developing and increasing sales. Jen worked in this role until 2014.

From 2014 to 2016, Jen worked at Zimmer Biomet as a Digital Dentistry Sales Specialist. Here, they collaborated closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategic plans and deliver sales results for the digital business in New England and the Midwest.

In 2016, they returned to Tekscan and took up the role of New Business Development Manager. As part of this role, they worked collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to develop and implement T-Scan programs to increase sales and awareness for Tekscan's Global Dental business. Jen held this position until 2021.

Following that, Jen became the Dental Manager - Sales and Business Development at Tekscan, leading the global dental sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and developing specific growth strategies. Jen held this position until 2022 and then became the Director of Sales - Healthcare at Tekscan. In 2023, they became the Director of Marketing and Customer Service, where they managed and oversaw a team in the development and execution of marketing strategies and customer service.

Jen Cullen attended Bridgewater State University from 1998 to 2002, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Marketing.
