Vinod Kumar started their work experience in 2008 as a Manager at Siencere Investment Consultants Pvt Ltd, where they worked from March 2008 to June 2012. vinod then joined TekShapers Inc in November 2012 as a Technical Recruiter and continues to work there.

Vinod Kumar completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting from Ranchi University and St. Xavier's College. vinod studied at both institutions from 2001 to 2006.
