Mubeen Bolar

Mubeen Bolar has worked in a variety of roles in the IT industry since 1989. Mubeen began their career as a Payroll Auditor at Northwest Administrators in 1989, followed by a role as a Premium Auditor at Industrial Indemnity, A Xerox Financial Services Company in 1990. In 1995, they became a Risk Analyst at Siemens ICN, where they conducted detailed financial analysis of the company's business insurance requirements and made recommendations leading to a reduction of $1 Million in the company's annual premium. Mubeen then moved to Tandem Computers Inc., A COMPAQ Company in 1997, where they served as a Risk Manager, managing the physical and financial risk by proactively taking risk control measures to avoid incidents and disasters. In 1998, they became Director IT Consulting Services at Netpace Inc., where they were responsible for managing the operations of the consulting services group. Mubeen then joined IDHASOFT in 2005 as a Sr. Project Manager. Most recently, in 2011, they began working as Director, Project Management at TekStream Solutions, LLC, where they lead the project management team to successfully deliver complex IT projects with a high level of customer satisfaction.

Mubeen Bolar obtained their MBA in Marketing from Saint Louis University between 1987 and 1989. Prior to that, they obtained their B'Com in Accounting and Economics from Saint Joseph's College of Commerce between 1981 and 1986. Mubeen's education began at Baldwin Boys High School between 1978 and 1980. In addition, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2018.
