Troy Walter

Mr. Troy Walter is an accomplished Executive Manager with over 22 years’ experience working in the information technology and services industry. He has over 20 years’ experience in Business Development, Capture Management, managing P&L and portfolios for the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), United States Intelligence Community (IC), and Department of Defense (DOD) programs with responsibility for an annual budget of $40M. He had P&L responsibility for the FBI’s $30B Information Technology Supplies and Support Services (FBI IT Triple S) BPA, DOJ’s $1.1B ITSS-4 IDIQ, and DIA’s $12.6B SITE III contracts. He has provided complete program lifecycle management, including the management of programs exceeding 300 personnel while maintaining 100% performance incentives. He coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, quality, and technical performance of the programs. Troy is experienced in every aspect of business development, capture management and operations, including technical, finance, and human resource management. Mr. Walter is a veteran of the U.S Navy. He has a Master of Business Administration degree, Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Networking, and is PMP certified.
