Bre Guzman

Bre Guzman is a design program manager with over seven years of experience in driving design quality and operational frameworks. They have previously worked at Amazon, where they led the development of a UX Interview training program and established global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. At Meta, Bre designed a design sizing and capacity planning framework that improved efficiency for 150+ designers and researchers. Currently, they are a design program manager at TEKsystems, focusing on Reality Labs’ Dev + Pro Platform team, while also having held positions at DISH Network and Populus Group. Bre holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Washington Tacoma and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Yakima Valley Community College.
