Clay Cooper

Clay Cooper is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and communications, currently serving as Delivery Team Lead and National Specialization Lead at TEKsystems since June 2015. Prior to this, Clay held various roles in recruitment and technical recruiting at TEKsystems. Clay's prior experience includes working as an Associate Scout for the St. Louis Cardinals and as an Athletic Aide IV at the USA Baseball National Training Complex. Clay also gained operational experience as an Operations Intern with the Cape Cod Baseball League and served as a Student Manager for North Carolina State University Baseball. Clay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from North Carolina State University, earned in 2013.
