David Fulle

David Fulle, MS, PMP, serves as the Manager of Solution and Design for Workforce Development at TEKsystems, where responsibilities include managing Solution Architect and Instructional Design teams, providing pre-sales support, and driving marketing and sales initiatives. Fulle's extensive experience includes roles as a Learning & Performance Solution Architect, where industry presentations were delivered at notable conferences, and as a Project Manager at Novatek Communications and Element K (now Skillsoft), overseeing course development and project management. Additionally, Fulle has academic experience as an Adjunct Lecturer at Paul Smith's College and has held various training and instructional design roles at Sutherland Global Services.
