Devon Washington

Devon Washington is a seasoned Learning Consultant and Sales Marketing Manager, currently with AZ Chimney Cakes and serving as the Fund Development Chair for the Neurodiversity Education Research Center. From 2003 to 2013, Devon worked at TEKsystems, where they excelled as a Professional Recruiter and Corporate Training Co-Facilitator, ultimately leading efforts in onboarding and development. Between 2017 and 2021, Devon was the Membership Chair for the Arizona Wireless Association and managed social media communications for the Women in Cable Telecommunications’ Southwest Chapter from 2018 to 2020. With a focus on performance and talent strategy, Devon continues to leverage their expertise to unlock organizational talent potential.
