Floyd Parks

Floyd Parks is an experienced Solution Architect at TEKsystems since November 2020, specializing in PMO, OCM, ITSM, and ServiceNow Platform solutions. Prior to this, Floyd held various managerial positions at CSAA Insurance Group from July 2004 to June 2020, including overseeing IT Compliance & Audit functions, establishing IT Governance & Controls, managing Core Financial Systems, and leading IT Strategy and Business Architecture projects. Floyd's earlier experience includes serving as Principal at GTM Consulting, delivering IT strategy and consulting services, and as Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where Floyd led the west region IT Strategy practice. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Utah and a BSBA along with an AAS in Data Processing from Colorado State University Pueblo.
