Jesse Shankle is an Engagement Manager and engineering professional with over a decade of experience in project management, team leadership, and solution delivery. They began their career as a hairstylist before transitioning into engineering roles, including positions as a Mechanical Design Engineer and Automation Project Engineer. Currently, Jesse leads complex robotics projects at TEKsystems Global Services, where they focus on building strong client relationships and ensuring project success through effective communication and problem-solving. Jesse holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eastern Washington University.
