John Arndt, CSP, ASP, CHST, is a strategic safety leader with over 13 years of experience in enhancing safety cultures across various industries. As the Corporate Director of Safety, Quality, & Training at The Desoto Group, Arndt is dedicated to building high-impact safety initiatives through training and coaching. Previously, they held roles including Safety Manager at McCarthy Building Companies and Area Safety Manager at InfraSource. Arndt earned a B.S. in Safety and Environmental Management and a minor in Business Administration from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, underscoring a strong foundation in both safety practices and management principles. Currently, they serve as a Regional EHS Manager at TEKsystems, continuing their commitment to safeguarding organizational assets.
