John Conway is a former Team Canada athlete and a dedicated people leader with diverse experience in sales and business development. From 2009 to 2016, they were a senior member of the Canadian National Water Polo Team, competing in several prestigious international tournaments. After their athletic career, they transitioned to coaching, leading the U14/U16 Girls Program at Mako Water Polo and achieving significant success in regional competitions. Currently, John serves as a Strategic Account Lead at TEKsystems, where they leverage their expertise in ERP, CRM, and data analytics to drive client success while holding a Bachelor of Commerce in Energy Management from the University of Calgary.
