Johnny Tang

Johnny Tang is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in full life-cycle recruiting, currently serving as the West Region Team Lead for Recruiting at TEKsystems since June 2017. In this role, Johnny leads recruitment strategies, coaches a team, and collaborates with customers to fulfill business needs. Previously, Johnny functioned as a Technical Recruiter at the same company, managing various recruitment processes and developing strategies using diverse networking tools. Prior to TEKsystems, Johnny worked as a Lead Bartender at California Pizza Kitchen, focusing on inventory management and training staff. Johnny holds educational qualifications from San José State University and De Anza College.
