Jon McCabe is an experienced operations leader with over a decade in the datacenter and agricultural industries. Currently serving as a Lead Datacenter Technician at TEKsystems since July 2025, Jon excels in rack and stack operations, cabling, quality control, and troubleshooting while fostering a culture of safety and growth among team members. Previously, Jon held positions as a Datacenter Technician at Deveron from April 2024 to February 2025, and as Operations Manager at AgReliant Genetics, LLC from September 2011 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing site operations and yield trials. Jon’s educational background includes attendance at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
