Kara Moran

Kara Moran is a strategic and creative professional with over 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and public relations. Kara served as the Vice President of Communications at the Immune Deficiency Foundation from 2012 to 2019, where they advanced the organization's mission and brand consistency. They began their career at The Catholic High School of Baltimore as the Assistant Director of Institutional Advancement and later worked as the Director of Communications and Public Relations at the Institute of Notre Dame from 2008 to 2011. Currently, Kara is the Senior Marketing Manager for External Communications and Public Relations at TEKsystems, where they lead a team to enhance awareness of the company's value and purpose. Kara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from McDaniel College.
