Katy Harris

Katy Harris is currently the Recruiter Practice Lead at TEKsystems, specializing in placing contract business consultants within major Canadian banks and large financial institutions. Previously, they served as a Professional Recruiter focusing on Risk & Regulatory Initiatives at Aston Carter from 2019 to 2022. Katy's earlier experience includes roles at Aerotek as an HR Customer Support Associate and Supervisor, where they managed onboarding and payroll processes, as well as ensured compliance and exceptional customer service. Their career began at Roots as an Assistant Manager, and they have also worked as a Support Worker at Community Living. Katy is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at York University.
