Lance Brothers brings over 25 years of experience in recruitment and account management, predominantly in the telecommunications and IT sectors. Since April 1998, Lance has held various roles at TEKsystems, including Communications Team Lead for the Northeast & Mid-Atlantic Regions, focusing on the recruitment of specialized talent in RF Engineering, Project Management, and various technical positions within the Telecommunications & Wireless industry. Additional roles at TEKsystems involved leading retention efforts in the Metro Detroit market and mentoring new recruiters. Prior experience includes recruitment at Aerotek, account management at Pitney Bowes, and management positions at Kmart.
