Latoya Smith

LaToya Smith is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in human resources and financial management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager HCM at TEKsystems since April 2025, LaToya previously held the position of Lead Project Manager, HR at Protective Life, where responsibilities included acting as chief of staff for the Executive Vice President of HR and collaborating with the HR leadership team on strategic initiatives. Earlier roles included Senior Program Manager at PNC and Vice President positions at BBVA Compass, managing global HR projects and financial planning for digital banking channels.
