Lekha is an experienced professional in account management and technical recruitment, having worked at TEKsystems from August 2017 to December 2024, where roles included Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, and Senior Technical Recruiter, along with an initial position as a Student Intern. Prior experience includes a brief internship at PINK LADDER, focusing on women leadership content. Lekha holds an MBA from MP Birla Institute of Management, specializing in Human Resources and Marketing, and is recognized as an academic topper and a member of the Student Council. Additionally, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology was completed at Mount Carmel College, where Lekha also excelled academically and engaged in various extracurricular activities, including anchoring a television show and contributing as a student editor.
