Michelle Ross is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and media. Currently serving as a Team Lead at TEKsystems since November 2019, Michelle has achieved recognition as a four-time contest winner, a million-dollar producer for two consecutive years, and recipient of multiple leadership awards, including the MVP Leader of the Year for the Dallas Delivery Center. Previously, Michelle held various roles at TEKsystems, specializing in technical recruitment for Java and C#, and earned accolades as a top performance-based recruiter in the Southwest US region. Prior to this, Michelle worked as a Television News Reporter at KSNW-TV and NBC News, where compelling storytelling was a daily focus. Additionally, leadership experience was developed at Camp Longhorn, managing both campers and counselors. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Texas Christian University.
