Viola Cox

Viola Cox is a seasoned consultant, keynote speaker, and advocate for restorative justice, with over 20 years of experience in promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice. Currently, Viola serves as the CEO and Founder of UNBossed Consulting LLC, providing college preparation and coaching services to empower students and families in navigating higher education. In past roles, Viola has been a Senior Advisor at the Greater Albuquerque National Society of Black Engineers and a Grants Manager at Capacity Builders, Inc., where they championed diversity initiatives and community partnerships. Viola is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Leadership at Grand Canyon University, building on a foundation of educational achievements in organizational management and communications from The University of New Mexico.
