Tekton has strong project experience in structured finance equity and debt. The firm is also experienced in layered finance structures utilizing both federal and state development subsidies including historical tax credits, Brownfield TIFF districts, Michigan CRP, New Markets Tax Credits and others. These development subsidies are designed to reduce risk and to create feasibility with projects that otherwise might be impossible. The company is well positioned to identify, underwrite, and acquire sites in target markets; design, develop and construct high quality, infill, midrise and mixed use multifamily properties; and to lease up and operate the properties with an objective to maximize cash flow and appreciation over the full project horizon.
