Yaser Kaissy

Yaser Kaissy is an experienced RF Engineering Equipment Manager at NETSCOUT since July 2015 and a Senior RF Field Engineer at Tektronix Communications since January 2013. Responsibilities include optimizing networks through service measurement data collection, executing test cases according to CDMA, UMTS, and LTE standards, performing compliance testing on live networks, conducting performance benchmarks, and verifying RF compliance through call performance testing. Yaser Kaissy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Baghdad, which was completed between 2004 and 2008.
