Joel Mann

Joel Mann is an accomplished sales and operations leader with extensive experience in various high-profile roles. Currently serving as Director of Sales and Operations at Tektronix, Joel oversees indirect sales across the Americas, as well as management of rental, refurbished, and demo inventories. Prior to this role, Joel was Channel Leader at Fluke Corporation, significantly contributing to the company's growth in North America. Experience at Amazon included leading a $50B global automation project and managing substantial growth in vendor management and online grocery sales. Earlier positions at Honeywell Aerospace focused on process improvement and new product development, while Joel's career began as a Nuclear Engineering Officer in the U.S. Navy. Joel holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
