Mark Ayres

Mark Ayres is a Systems Engineering Specialist at Tektronix since 2002, serving as a global escalation point for the deployment and support of GeoProbe and Iris network monitoring tools across over 60 telecom providers. Mark has extensive experience working closely with telecommunications companies to configure monitoring solutions, leading field trials, and providing technical training for engineers and customers. Prior to Tektronix, Mark worked at Motorola as an OMC/GPRS Support Engineer and Staging Technician, focusing on engineering support, customer documentation, and system configuration. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Birmingham, completed in 1999.
