Steve Schapel

Steve Schapel, M.Eng., RAC, SPC, is a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager at Tektronix since October 2021, focusing on new product introductions and precision-engineered electronics measurement solutions. Prior to Tektronix, Steve held the position of Senior Program Manager at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC, managing Electronics/Controls programs and driving continuous improvement processes. With extensive experience at Kimberly-Clark spanning over a decade, roles included Program Manager and Team Lead, overseeing substantial budgets and leading initiatives in medical device safety, operational excellence, and global supply chain improvements. Steve's educational background includes a Master of Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Akron, complemented by a certificate in Business Fundamentals from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
