William Cordova

Director , Technical Support Center at Telaid

William Cordova has a strong background in the information technology and services industry. William started their career at Express Telephone Systems as a Service Manager from 1992 to 1997. William then worked at CrossCom National as a Tier 1 Technical Support Manager from 1997 to 2004. Finally, they joined Telaid as a Director of the Technical Support Center in 2004, where they managed Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT Infrastructure support centers.

From 1988 to 1992, William Cordova attended the U.S. Navy in Millington, TN, where they pursued Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician studies.
