Johan Tempelman

Johan Tempelman is an experienced executive specializing in information security and technology leadership. Currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer at Telavox since October 2025, Johan previously held the same position at Teamtailor from January 2022 to October 2025, where significant achievements included establishing the CISO function and implementing an ISMS, leading to SOC 2 Type II attestation and ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications. Johan's extensive background also includes roles as VP of IT and Data Science at nShift, CIO at Unifaun, and Head of Development and Operations at Extend Commerce Sweden AB, along with a foundational career at Memnon Networks AB as Senior Product Manager and Systems Operation Manager. Academically, Johan holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has further education from The University of British Columbia.
