Sona Varosyan is the Head of Quality Control Division at Telcell, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served in various roles at Ucom from 2017 to 2021, including Quality Control Specialist and Quality Control Technical Coordinator. Sona holds a Master's degree in Radioengineering and Communications, earned at the National Polytechnic University of Armenia between 2014 and 2016, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field completed from 2010 to 2014.
